Returns

Refunds

  1. Damaged or Spoiled Products:

    • If you receive a product that is damaged or spoiled, please contact us immediately at team@dryfruitsbazaar.co.uk with details of the product and the issue. We may request photos of the damaged or spoiled product for verification.

  2. Incorrect Orders:

    • If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.

Exchanges

  1. Defective or Damaged Items:
    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at team@dryfruitsbazaar.co.uk.

Shipping

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
